If the council has assessed you as eligible for support, you can choose to receive Direct Payments and use them to arrange support with us.
Fees and funding
Simple, honest pricing
No hidden extras. Here's how our fees are planned to work when we open on 1 September 2027.
Our fee principles
- One clear hourly rate for one-to-one support.
- Travel is included within our area, so there are no mileage add-ons.
- Sundays and bank holidays are charged at double the hourly rate. We'll always make this clear before booking.
- Everything in writing. Your agreement sets out your hours and costs before support begins.
- No surprises. We'll talk to you before anything changes.
Guideline hourly rate
£18.79 per hour
In line with current Somerset Direct Payment rates for unregulated support.
Prototype guideline only. Rates will be confirmed in writing closer to launch.

Personal health budgets
If you have a personal health budget, we can talk about how our support might fit into your plan.
Local authority
Support arranged through your local authority, where it fits what we offer.
Paying privately
You or your family can pay for support directly. We'll agree hours and costs with you up front.
